Slowly Improving
Well bit by bit my ankle is healing, still limping a bit and stairs are a pain but definitely better than the last few days. Unfortunately I haven't been eating any better. I do know that my eating habits tend to improve quite a bit when I am exercising and obviously the reverse is true...so what does that tell me? Nothing I don't already know but it just reinforces what I know I need to be doing. I might try Curves tomorrow and just do the parts I can such as the arm and ab weights, to get me back on track before I lose the motivation that was giving me.
