okay okay will start blogging again as well. Had a good week for the most part - managed the challenges of attending a sales meeting with a limited menu. Then did probably eat a little more than I should. I have been much more active but am not expecting miracles on Tuesday. Oh well I just need to get myself focused and get it done!
