Had a little blip last week and I gained, although it was somewhat deserved I didn't think it would be so much but oh well, the body does what the body does. The important thing is that I am definitely back on track. Have been walking daily the last few days. I did have a big breakfast out but wandered around WOTS for 2 hrs. I also had a light dinner to help balance my day. So we see how this week's weigh in goes. I hope to be rid of most of my gain, but am not expecting it all to be gone, that will be the following week. :)
