Keep at it...it will come off. Your body is just adjusting. Follow the program and it will work eventually.
And I have to say thanks for getting me to join again. While I am mad at myself for letting my weight creep back up to within inches of my highest I am really happy I am taking steps to turn it around.
I am really focussing on the 8 healthy guidelines and slowly getting back into exercise. I am looking forward to enjoying being active again.
This aft I decided to take an errand and turn it into an exercise session. Had books to return to the library so instead of driving I walked and added a bit each way. It felt great and now I have my exercise for the day done.
Tomorrow I am going to try really hard to make myself go for a bike ride. It used to be one of my most favourite things to do and fall is a perfect time for cycling. I will report back tomorrow.
