...and I am liking the new WW plan so far. About 12 lbs down which I am happy with however I am even happier that I am getting more and more back into regular activity. Nothing earth shattering but I have been doing a vriety of theings. Mostly walking, which I enjoy, but also swimming, using my elliptical and stationary bike and even snowshoeing. I am hoping to get the X-C skiis out soon as well, have to make use of all this snow.
I am in this for the long haul and it is going to take a while but if I can get back to my old active self then I think that will be half the battle.

Off to a bumpy restart
I had a great loss my first week (-7.8) followed by 2 gains (1 and 1.2) and a maintain. Oh well still down 5.6 in a month so I guess that is better than nothing. I did a weigh in at home this am and it looks like I am on track for a good week. We'll see. I am doing well getting back to exercise so that is something I am very happy with. I have done a bit more walking, went for a swim, used my home ex equip and this morning I even went snow shoeing. we'' see how the rest of the week goes.

New Year
Well 3 weeks in to rejoining WW. I am so glad we decided to rejoin before the holidays. Despite my 1 lb gain last week I am sure it could have been much worse had we not signed up for WW. Not sure how this week is going to look. The past few days have been pretty good but the few before that, not so much. I have not been weighing at home- sometimes it really messes with me. Much better to just focus on what I am doing day to day than on the scale.
I am still working on getting more active. I got a lovely HRM for Xmas so I am working on getting that figured out. My goal at the moment is to try to exercise at least 10 mins per day. Not too lofty and definitely achieveable as I try to work my way back into a more active lifestyle.
