Back at it.......
Well we re-re-re-re-re-joined Weight Watchers this past Tuesday, and so far so good. It is definitely helping me get more activity in, in fact I finally went for a swim today. I really enjoyed it and may even go again tomorrow. Also, as the temperatures start cooling off the timing is perfect for some walks or hikes through the trails. There are lots of nearby options, I don't have to keep walking the same old street routes. I think it is time to start discovering some new walking routes that are a bit more scenic.
